How long will it take to receive my orders?

All products are custom and made one at a time.  Typical production lead times are 5-7 business days.  With regular United States Postal Service Priority shipping, delivers should arrive 3-4 business days after your order is processed.  Deliveries outside the 48 contiguous states and outside the United States will take longer.

How do I make an exchange or return?

All items may be returned within 14 days if they are unused in original packaging. Please contact us if you plan to return or exchange a product. Please note shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Do you offer gift certificates and shipping?

Our products are produced In Phoenix, Arizona by master craftsmen.

Where are materials sourced?

We purchase materials from the best suppliers from around the world.

How will my leather age?

McPherson leather is vegetable tanned and will develop a patina unique to the wearer.

How do I determine the correct belt size?

Please refer to our size chart. Each chart is different for each belt and style and can be found on each belt’s the belt detail page.

What is McPherson’s product guarantee?

Should a McPherson product fail through normal use, please return it for repair or replacement.
